​​E&O: Roadmap to Policy Analysis
The IIABAZ offers members FREE Errors and Omissions - E&O: Roadmap to Policy Anaysis seminars throughout the state. 

This seminar may qualify IIABAZ Member agents for a discount on their premium if they hold a Westport or Fireman's Fund E&O Policy through the IIABAZ.  Contact the E&O Department for details at (602) 956-1851 or (800) 627-3356.

The seminars are approved for 6 hours of Continuing Education Credit in Arizona.

Learn how to protect your agency.

This course is designed to guide experienced professionals step by step through the process of reading policy language, applying a basic coverage analysis to look for possible gaps in coverage, and understanding advanced coverage issues. It will explain what to look for in terms of wording, punctuation, and formatting, including negative and positive implications of specific wording. In addition, the course will address E&O loss control issues and help the agency look at ways to obtain and retain business.

More E&O seminars with brand new outlines will be added for early 2018 as soon as those outlines are finalized and approved by the state of Arizona for CE credit.

FREE to IIABAZ Members.  A valid Credit Card is required to register, however the card will not be charged unless participant cancels within 7 business days of the class. See the Cancellation Policy. 

$100.00 per participant for Non Members.


IIABAZ Members - If you cancel the registration within 7 business days prior to the class, your credit card will be charged $100. 

Non Members - Full refund if written notice of cancellation is received 7 business days prior to the seminar.  No shows forfeit full registration fees.

ITEC has partnered with the Surplus Line Association of Arizona to offer these programs.  Members of the Surplus Line Association of Arizona may attend free of charge.
