Course Content:
Learn how to protect your agency.

In the climate of today’s legal world, it is not enough to just do what is legal. An agent must consider ethical issues in their every day duties of selling and servicing their customers/clients as well as ethical standards in dealing with their insurance markets. This is a 3 hour webinar regarding every day practices of an agency, as well as areas that are subject to litigation. Doing what it is right as well as fulfilling legal requirements of an agent/broker is the course’s main objective.
