Ritter Insurance Marketing is a national B2B Field Marketing Organization (FMO) based in Pennsylvania that supports independent agents (including P&C agents) in the senior health segment with contracting, licensing, training, quoting and tech tools. Our Scottsdale, Arizona satellite office serves 10 states in the west and developed, "Ritter Cares: Agents In Action," our national community development initiative designed to provide agents unique opportunities to connect with the communities they serve. 

Our teams of agents and staff partner with local non-profits --- lacing up our shoes for charity walks, building playgrounds, collecting and sorting cans at food banks and teaching students to succeed in the workforce. One community development volunteer project we're especially proud of is our ongoing partnership with Pueblo Norte Senior Living Community in Scottsdale. Here, employees and agents volunteer several times a year to spend time with the residents and enjoy activities such as Ritter Agent Bingo and our annual holiday tradition, "It's a Ritter Critters Christmas."

Other volunteer partnerships include sponsorships and local agent involvement with: UMOM New Day Center, St. Mary's Food Bank, and Junior Achievement of Arizona. The result? We empower our agents and staff to establish a local sense of place while giving back and making a difference. It's all about satisfying the need for human connection in a world that is increasingly transactional and isolated.
